1. Service provider
The provider of the StoryRush AI app is GrandFlower Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, Poland, at Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, NIP 8982313198, KRS 0001133179, REGON 529938314, share capital PLN 5,000.00.

2. The app
StoryRush AI lets users create short stories, start an interactive narrative game, generate scenes, images and voice narration through AI, and play multiplayer games in rooms created by users.
The app is available on iOS and iPadOS. Online features require an internet connection.
3. Guest mode and Apple Account
- You may use some features as a guest. Guest data may be stored locally on the device.
- An Apple account is required for account synchronization, account-based purchases, restoring data on another device and multiplayer.
- Sign-in is handled only through Sign in with Apple. We do not create a separate StoryRush AI password.
- The user is responsible for the security of their Apple ID and for ensuring that data provided in the app is lawful.
4. AI generation
Content in the app may be generated automatically by AI models. This includes, in particular, scene text, choices, images, visual prompts and voice narration.
- We do not guarantee that every generated item will be unique, error-free or consistent with an expected style.
- Do not enter sensitive data, third-party personal data without a legal basis, trade secrets or unlawful content.
- The app may refuse to generate content or limit a feature if a request violates the law, these terms, safety rules or AI provider rules.
- AI content is intended for entertainment, creativity and inspiration. It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
5. Multiplayer
In multiplayer mode, a player creates a room, receives a room number and other signed-in users may join by entering that number. Once the game starts, the room is closed to new players.
- At least two people are required to start multiplayer.
- The game may temporarily pause when it detects that one of the players has lost connection.
- If a player does not choose an action within the time provided by the game, the app may choose an action automatically.
- The user is responsible for their player name and conduct toward other participants.
6. Limits, energy and worlds
The app may apply daily limits for story creation, solo-mode energy and access to worlds. Limits may differ depending on the plan, app version and active purchases.
- The free energy pool renews according to the rules shown in the app.
- Purchased energy is assigned to the Apple account used in the app and is consumed when using limited features.
- Some worlds are available from the start, some may be purchased and some may be unlocked during gameplay.
- Deleting an account removes energy and unlocks assigned to the account on the StoryRush AI side, except for entitlements that can be restored by Apple as eligible purchases.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases, including premium, energy and worlds, are handled by Apple App Store. Prices, taxes, currency, purchase confirmation, refunds and payment methods are handled by Apple according to App Store rules.
- A premium subscription may renew automatically until cancelled in Apple ID/App Store settings.
- Deleting an account in the app does not cancel an active Apple subscription.
- The "Restore Purchases" feature allows eligible purchases linked to the Apple ID to be restored.
- Refunds and complaints related to App Store payments should be submitted according to Apple's procedure. You may also contact us if the issue concerns the operation of the app.
8. Acceptable use
By using the app, you agree not to use it for unlawful activities, infringement of others' rights, bypassing safeguards, abusing limits, disrupting multiplayer or generating content that may not be created or distributed under applicable law.
9. Rights to content
To the extent permitted by law and technology provider rules, you may use content generated for you in the app. You are responsible for checking that your use of generated content complies with law, third-party rights, rules of platforms where you publish content and App Store rules.
You grant us technical permission to process prompts, choices and game data entered by you to the extent necessary to operate the app, synchronize data, generate AI content, save games and provide support.
10. Availability and changes
We make efforts to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Online features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, failures, AI provider limits, network issues or changes on the side of Apple or infrastructure providers.
We may develop the app and change worlds, limits, prices, UI, game balance and features, provided that this does not violate acquired rights protected by applicable law.
11. Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app on the My Account → Delete Account screen. Account deletion removes synchronized StoryRush AI server data, including the profile, account saves, multiplayer data linked to the account, energy and account-based unlocks, subject to information we must keep for legal reasons.
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. The subscription must be cancelled in the App Store or Apple ID settings.
12. Complaints and contact
You can send complaints and questions to plantsmanager@pmcloud.pl. In your message, describe the issue, device, app version and, if applicable, the room number or purchase concerned. We respond as quickly as possible.
13. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, especially toward consumers. Otherwise, StoryRush AI is an entertainment service and the user uses generated content at their own risk.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
The current terms are available at https://grandflower.pl/en/storyrush/terms/. We may inform users about material changes in the app or on the website.
