2. The app
PhytoPass is a mobile app for iOS and Android used to manage a simple inventory of plant products, inspection records, treatment records, loss records, issued plant passport records, reports and PDF document generation.
The app does not replace legal advice, decisions of competent authorities or the user's own obligations under applicable regulations. The app is a documentation and productivity tool.
3. Account and login
- Login is handled through Sign in with Apple.
- On first login, a user account and an Individual company are created for use by PhytoPass.
- The user is responsible for the security of their Apple ID and for the accuracy of data entered in the app.
- The app must not be used to violate law, third-party rights, system security or service limits.
4. Limits and PRO plan
The app may operate in a free plan and a PRO plan. The free plan currently includes up to 10 active products and 100 issued plant passports per month. The PRO plan removes free-plan limits as described in the app.
The current indicative monthly subscription price is PLN 9.99/month, but the binding price, currency, taxes and payment terms are always displayed by the App Store before purchase.
5. Apple purchases and subscriptions
- In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store.
- A subscription may renew automatically until cancelled in Apple ID/App Store settings.
- Deleting the PhytoPass account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
- Refunds, payment methods, taxes and transaction confirmations are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
- The app may include a restore purchases feature for purchases associated with the Apple ID.
6. Data, documents and plant passports
The user enters product data, PIORiN number, country of production, batch numbers, treatments, inspections, losses and plant passport information. The user should verify all data before using a generated document.
If the app uses plant name translations or generates a PDF document, the result should be checked by the user before printing, sharing with a customer or using it during an inspection.
7. PIORiN reports
The report generator organizes data saved in the app for the selected date range. A report is only as accurate as the data entered by the user. We do not guarantee that a report replaces every document required by an authority in a specific case.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app stable, but online features may be temporarily unavailable due to outages, maintenance, network problems, changes by Apple or infrastructure providers. We may develop the app, improve UI, change features and limits, provided that mandatory user rights are respected.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Documents and account → Delete account. Account deletion removes or anonymizes the PhytoPass account and data associated with the Individual company, except for information we must keep for legal, security or claim-related reasons.
Before deleting your account, we recommend downloading needed reports and documents. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
10. Complaints and support
Questions, complaints and support requests can be sent to plantsmanager@pmcloud.pl. Include the problem description, device, system version, app version and steps leading to the issue.
11. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for support or maintenance of the app. To the extent required by App Store rules, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of provisions concerning the app distributed through the App Store.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law, especially towards consumers. Otherwise, users use the app and generated documents after their own verification.
13. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. The current terms are available at https://grandflower.pl/en/paszportownik/terms/.
